1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened cosmetics, soaps, and serums, and undamaged jewelry, provided a receipt is presented.
2. Conditions: Products must be in original packaging. Used or damaged items (e.g., broken jewelry, opened serums) are not eligible.
